Order Processing Time
We process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the continental USA only. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 in the continental USA.

  • Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

  • Shipping to Alaska is not free.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use it to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes — but you can return it according to our return policy.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us at support@fullstopbeest.com. We’ll help locate it or initiate a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
